1-Requesting Funds

Send an email requesting funds to Mr. Andrew Fabens prior to performances with concert details. Please include the date, location, and time of the performance.


2-Promotion

All funded concerts will be included on the digital performance calendar on website. Email performance details as soon as the are confirmed.


3-Reporting

Recipients agree to use the BLF LOGO (download #2 above), acknowledge the Bascom Little Fund in all print materials, advertising, email blasts, programs, websites, radio, television, etc. Failure to do so will affect future funding. Recipient also agrees to all Reporting protocol.

 

4-Reporting Form

Complete reporting form on funded projects. Do NOT Upload Promotional flyers or marketing materials. Do NOT Mail physical CD’s/Scores, all supporting or reporting materials should be digital.


5-Programs and Recordings

Recipients will submit digital scans of programs and wav recordings of funded performances. Title your file “OrganizationName_ComposerName_Title_DateOfPerformance” -upload by clicking button to right.


6-Submit to WCLV by JUNE 1

Be sure to include performer permissions form. (button at right)

Mail one CD of funded performance recordings with program information and composer/performer permissions (button on right) included to WCLV IdeaCenter Attn. Mark Satola 1375 Euclid Avenue Cleveland, OH 44115.
